I'm Helen Lorraine Wray
Life, mental health & spiritual coach — walking beside women who are ready to come home to themselves.

I Have Walked This Path Myself
For decades I was the woman who could hold everyone together. The one who anticipated needs, softened hard edges, and quietly disappeared inside her own life. I gave everything I had — and eventually could not find myself in what remained.
The turning point wasn't loud. It was a whisper: "When do I get to belong to myself?" That single question rearranged everything.
Today I accompany women 50–70 who are ready to answer that same question — not by leaving the people they love, but by finally including themselves in the circle of care.
The Goal Is Wholeness — Not Hardness
My work is not about turning a kind woman into a hard woman. It's about helping her become a whole woman.
Love Deeply
Without disappearing inside the people you love.
Serve Freely
Without self-erasure or quiet resentment.
Speak Truthfully
Without apology, without minimizing, without shrinking.
Choose Bravely
Without needing everyone else's approval first.
A Journey Beyond Walls
The walls we build to feel safe — people-pleasing, over-functioning, rescuing, adapting, staying quiet — eventually become the walls that keep us from ourselves.
Through my proprietary P.R.E.S.E.N.T. framework, I combine training sessions, live coaching, and workbook exercises into a 12-week transformation designed for women who are ready to gently — and courageously — cross that threshold.
This is holistic work. It touches the mind, the body, the spirit, and the story you've been telling yourself for far too long.
