Wherever You Are

You Don't Have to Have the Right Words

Sometimes, the hardest part isn't the situation itself. It's trying to understand what the situation means to you. You may be wrestling with questions such as:

  • Am I making too much of this, or is something really wrong?
  • Why does this situation bother me so much?
  • How do I make this decision without disappointing everyone?
  • I know something needs to change, but where do I begin?
  • How do I move forward when I'm not even sure what I want?
  • Why do I keep coming back to the same problem?

You may not have a neatly defined problem or a specific outcome in mind. That's okay. You don't need to prepare a presentation, organize your thoughts, or figure out what you should be feeling before we meet.

We'll begin wherever you are.

What is Care to Talk About It?

A private, two-hour online coaching experience for women who want to explore a personal concern, navigate a decision, or gain perspective on something that matters to them. It's an opportunity to step away from the noise of competing demands and give one important matter your undivided attention.

During our conversation, I'll listen carefully, ask questions that help you think more deeply, and offer insight and guidance where appropriate. We may explore what has happened, the assumptions influencing your thinking, what you're feeling, what you truly want, and which choices are within your control.

You won't receive a lecture, a collection of generic advice, or a list of things you must do. Instead, we'll have a thoughtful, honest conversation centered on your circumstances.

My role isn't to take over your decisions. It's to help you approach them with greater understanding, confidence, and clarity.

Whatever Is Weighing on You

What Can We Talk About?

Whatever is weighing on your mind may be a good place to begin. Women schedule conversations like this for many reasons, including:

A Difficult Decision

You have choices to make, but you're struggling to determine which direction is right for you.

Relationships and Boundaries

Something in a personal relationship is troubling you. You want to understand what's happening, recognize your needs, or consider how to respond.

Life Changes and Transitions

A change in your family, marriage, career, responsibilities, or stage of life has left you wondering what comes next.

Feeling Stuck or Overwhelmed

You've been carrying a concern for some time, and the more you think about it, the less certain you feel about what to do.

Questions About Yourself

You find yourself wondering why you respond the way you do, what you really want, or whether you've been neglecting something important in your own life.

Something You Haven't Been Able to Say Out Loud

You have thoughts, feelings, or concerns that you've kept to yourself and would appreciate a respectful, nonjudgmental place to explore.

You don't have to decide which category fits. If something matters enough to keep returning to your thoughts, it deserves your attention.

The Two-Hour Intensive

What Happens During Our Two Hours?

1

First, We Talk.

You'll have room to explain what's happening in your own words, without feeling rushed or needing to defend your feelings.

I'll listen, ask questions, and help us identify what matters most in the situation.

2

Then, We Explore.

Together, we'll look beneath the surface. What might you be overlooking? What assumptions are shaping your perspective? What belongs to you to address, and what may be outside your control?

Sometimes, a fresh question reveals more than another hour spent rehearsing the same answers.

3

Finally, We Look Ahead.

We'll consider your options and identify a practical next step.

That might mean making a decision, preparing for an important conversation, establishing a boundary, gathering additional information, or allowing yourself time for more deliberate reflection.

You may not leave with every question answered. But my hope is that you'll leave better able to understand what you're facing and how you want to respond.

You Don't Need to Sign Up for Anything Else

I believe meaningful support should fit the person receiving it—not require the person to fit a program. Some women benefit from a structured, long-term coaching relationship. Others need focused attention for one particular situation. Both are legitimate.

Care to Talk About It? is a complete, stand-alone coaching service. There's no expectation that you'll enroll in another program, purchase additional sessions, or continue working with me.

These two hours are yours.

Meet Helen

Hello, I'm Helen Wray.

I'm a coach, consultant, educator, and mentor who has spent years helping individuals navigate difficult experiences, examine the beliefs and patterns influencing their choices, and find practical ways to move forward.

My work draws on experience in personal development, emotional well-being, relationships, grief recovery, and life transitions.

I've learned that people don't always need someone to tell them what to do. Often, they need someone who knows how to listen beneath the words, recognize what's important, ask the questions that haven't been considered, and help them reconnect with their ability to make thoughtful decisions.

I bring professional training and experience to our conversation, along with genuine respect for your life, your circumstances, and your right to choose your own path.

You won't have to impress me, agree with me, or pretend you have everything together.

You can simply come as you are.

Let's Make Room for What's on Your Mind

You've probably spent plenty of time thinking about this already.

Perhaps another two hours alone with your thoughts isn't what you need.

Perhaps it's time for a different kind of conversation—one where you're free to think aloud, consider new perspectives, and give your concerns the attention they deserve.

Care to Talk About It?

I'd be glad to have that conversation with you.
