For the Ones Who Hold It All Together

Caregiving Brings Losses No One Talks About

Whether you are caring for an aging parent, a spouse, a child, or a client, grief often arrives long before a final goodbye. It shows up as lost routines, lost dreams, changed relationships, and the quiet loss of who you used to be.

Many caregivers set their own pain aside to keep going. Over time, that unspoken grief can leave you exhausted, disconnected, and unsure of your own identity.

This class offers a proven, action-based path to move through grief with compassion so you can live with more peace, presence, and authenticity.
